Starting as a Chemical Engineer with limited controls knowledge, she dove into ISA during her first month on the job. The mentorship and leadership opportunities she seized within ISA catapulted her into a high-impact Project Manager role at Burns & McDonnell, where she now leads an elite team executing over 500 SCADA projects annually. Her story is the ultimate blueprint for turning society involvement into explosive professional success.
